A Little About Me!

Welcome beautiful soul! I'm Bex, a Holistic Health Practitioner, Energy Healer & Reiki Master and also on my own learning journey for all things holistic!

It all started when I craved more balance and control in my busy life, I had to make the conscious decision to change my mindset, change my outlook and how I would cope with the more difficult moments that can be thrown at us all. Holism, Spirituality and alternative therapies have become my way of life and what a difference it has made to me and my chaotic mind!

I began my learning journey by first becoming a certified Holistic Health Practitioner where I learnt how to look at people as a whole - their mind, body & spirit - instead of just their symptoms or the things that were troubling them.  From there I became more specific and trained as a Chakra, Aura & Crystal Energy Healer and have since studied to become a Usui Shoden Reiki Master. 

I have a keen adoration for all thing Lunar and Planetary and love how working with (instead of against) the astrological and lunar phases can be transformational!
