Here, in a strictly confidential, relaxed and safe space, you are free to use our time together to discuss any ailments that may be causing you trouble or imbalance - be it physical, mental or emotional. I can guide you towards therapies, alternative concepts and modalities that feel aligned with you and your needs and that may be able to assist you. Think of it as your own personal Holistic MOT! After our session you will receive a Holistic Health Report outlining any suggestions or options I can offer you to bring you back into balance and harmony.
